The Company provides manpower services, including but not limited to :
  • Permanent and temporary staffing solutions :
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Employee outsourcing and payroll management
  • Workforce consultation and support

User Responsibilities :

  • Clients must provide accurate job descriptions and cooperate throughout the recruitment process.:
  • Candidates must provide truthful information and update any changes in employment status.

Fees and Payment:

  • Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Payments are due within 2 days of the invoice date.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified.

Confidentiality:

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding shared information.
  • Personal and business information will not be disclosed without prior consent, except as required by law.

Liability and Indemnity:

  • The Company is not liable for losses resulting from Candidate actions or performance.
  • Clients agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from employment decisions.

Replacement Policy :

  • If a Candidate leaves employment within 30 days, the Company will provide a replacement candidate at no additional charge, subject to the service agreement.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice of 1day, subject to outstanding obligations.

Governing Law :

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], with disputes resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings within that jurisdiction.
